About me
For over a decade I tried to fit in where I didn’t belong, until by accident (if you believe in accidents) I found my realm, the realm of folks and folx who write for kids. For the first time ever, the parts of me that had been rejected were celebrated, and I felt comfortable in my own skin.
My stories use fantasy, sci-fi, science, and non-fiction to empower young people (to be honest, all people) to face down their fears and embrace that which makes them splendidly unique.
